Charlene Glover

Founder | CEO

The founding of WNAVA is the realization of a deeply personal dream.

As CEO and Founder, my passion is to equip and empower individuals, especially those marginalized yet full of untapped potential. This mission resonates with my own life story. Having overcome barriers and defied the odds, I am inspired to advocate for those hidden gems among us who need someone to believe in them, recognize their potential, and provide the support to unlock their possibilities.

With over thirty years of ministry leadership and twenty-five years in the corporate sector, I bring a unique blend of spiritual and business acumen.

I hold a bachelor’s in theology and have completed extensive coursework toward my master’s degree in theology. My diverse journey includes Bible study teaching through congregational settings, radio, podcasts, etc., discipling new Believers, family counseling, leadership training, administration, and evangelistic outreach in a maximum-security prison,

a women’s crisis center, and serving at food bank centers. Honored with several community leadership awards, I am moved with compassion and fully equipped to empower those seeking a 'hand up.'"

As a parent and grandparent, I understand the importance of legacy.

Every family deserves a future filled with opportunity and progress.

Together, let's transform lives and build a brighter future, one village at

a time.   LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/charleneglovertx
